Shipping & Delivery

Many RMS RetroParts items are manufactured to order, prepared, or shipped from a European warehouse. The stated delivery times are therefore estimated figures and may vary depending on the item, design, color, material, production time, and shipping service provider.

Estimated delivery times

Standard items
Standard items are expected to be delivered within approx. 7–14 working days.

Special wood, leather, carbon, chrome, and interior parts
These items may have a longer production or preparation time. The estimated delivery time here is approx. 14–30 working days.

Special variants and rare designs
For special variants, rare colors, or product-specific designs, the delivery time may vary. If you are unsure, we recommend sending a brief inquiry before placing an order.

Shipping

Shipping is available to the countries selectable at checkout. Once handed over to the shipping service provider, the customer will receive tracking information, if available.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout. For larger, particularly sensitive, or bulky parts, special shipping conditions may apply in individual cases. In such cases, we will coordinate the delivery with the customer before shipping.

Note on availability

Many parts are not kept as standard stock, but are manufactured, prepared, or picked after an order is placed. As a result, processing and delivery times may vary depending on the product.
